What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at orders@mysassystash.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!

 

How do I request a return?

Requesting a return is really easy! Simply email orders@mysassystash.com so we can allocate an Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.) Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (excluding original shipping cost). Sassy Stash can not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

 

When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders within 3-10 working days. Sassy Stash uses registered post with tracking for all orders depending on the region.

 

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

Sassy Stash unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

 

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email within 1-2 working days, containing a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order!

What is your returns policy?

Sassy Stash will happily accept returns and exchanges on all our pieces! The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place in resalable condition. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Sassy Stash offers a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on items.

All returns must be sent to our global Returns Warehouse based in Hong Kong. Please contact us at orders@mysassystash.com if you have any additional questions.

Absolutely. We ship pretty much anywhere & everywhere.

 

Does Sassy Stash offer expedited delivery service?

We can certainly assist you in the case that you require expedited service. Please email us at orders@mysassystash.com prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you.

 

What payment methods does Sassy Stash accept?

Currently we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use PayPal to pay with credit card without opening an account.
